  • Parents:   H.C. Estabrooks (Massachusetts circa 1842 -?)  and Blanch Estabrooks (Pennsylvania circa 1846-?); father listed as Railroad auditor, mother as housekeeper.

    During a 15-year period she is reported to have rescued 4671 animals. She either found them homes or took them to shelters in Oakland and Berkeley.

    Buried in Sunset Mausoleum and Columbarium, El Cerrito, California.
